ESL offers initiation and ride in « stand up paddle » (SUP).

 

SUP is a big board with an easier balance.

From the standing position, SUP can work overall balance and strengthening all muscle chains while having fun and enjoying the scenery: a real fitness session in the wild!

Working legs, abdominal and back without realizing (or almost).

With a SUP you can see the coast from a different angle!

 

You can also take small waves.

 

Kayak

ESL owns différents kind of kayaks.

You can rent the kayaks and on a group demand you can ask for a froup initiation and ride

you can reach différents place and coming close to the sea birds.
